Does there exist fixed gear hubs with traditional 130mm spacing and not 120mm track spacing?

Yes Phil Wood makes one. Surly makes a converter for rear track hubs. White Industries makes the Eric's Eccentric Eno fixed gear hub. A UK compamy called Goldtech also makes one. Suzue's basic track hubs axles are long enough if you use spacers. Van Dessel also has the hubs you are looking for. However you may be able to replace your existing axles with longer ones to run the desired setup.

Yikes!!!!
FWIW, I use a suzue with 126mm spacing, and it certainly is good for 130mm. (Keep in mind, though, that the Suzue flip/flop won't have the same chainline setting from the fixed side to the free side)

I just respace the Suzue hubs for zero dish and 130 spacing. This has worked well on several bikes I have built. The suzues are cheap to. I also like old freewheel hubs respaced and dished to zero. If you build it up zero dish and equal length spokes it gives you a little more play room if you want to shift the hub for chainline issues.

Surly also makes a flip-flop hub for road bike conversion called the New Road Hub - 130mm spaced.
