Hey I am looking for a good brand of semi-slick tires to put on my bike. I was wondering if there is a good brand that doesn't cost over $50. Thanks.

If you're paying $50 for tires, you're a ******.

The Specialized Compound Pro BMX is a good tire. It can be pumped up to 100 PSI and has little rolling resistance. It is supposed to be good for doing dirt jumps as well.

Don't talk about stupid, a tire under $50 each... that's any tire you can find smart stuff.

I like my Animal ASM. For any traction on dirt, a front tire with some tread would be good. This thing obviously doesn't hook up in sand or snow patches, I don't ride it in mud.

I have the tire on my x24 and it makes a good street tire. It isn't very good in snow, sand, railroad track ballast or mud. It works pretty good in hard packed dirt. I haven't used it for dirt jumping but then again I never said I did. So I do have some experience with it.

You still know nothing of it.

That might be the tire that came on my bike, in which case it's a pretty decent front tire, and the rear one was good but I like the ASM better because I'm brakeless, and it tears up your shoes much less since it doesn't have treads.

It's not as good of tires as other ones.

I personally ride Odyssey Dirt Paths and they're awesome.
I have a dirt path in the front and a path in the rear, they are great tires.
I want to get some Aitkens next though.

I heard the Aitken tires weren't so good. The new lighter path and dirtpath tires are now out.

Aren't you the kid that just talked about leaning forward and pulling up while doing a manual in order to bunnyhop? Yes? Thought so. No soup for you.

edit: I repeat: "Fly Ruben's, front and back."

You can't even bunnyhop... How can you possibly like your tires if you haven't done anything on them?
