Which do you consider to be the best buy--A or B? A is stock on a Jamis Coda, B is a Fuji Absoloute.

A: Alex ACE18 alloy double-wall /eyeletted rims, 700c, 32H, with Shimano Road 2200 hubs,14g stainless steel spokes TIRES Vittoria Zaffiro, 700 x 28c FREEWHEEL SRAM PowerGlide 950, 9-speed, 11-32

B: Front hub Formula Alloy Road, 36h Rear hub Formula Alloy Cassette Road, 8-speed, 36H Spokes 14G Stainless Steel Rims Alex ID-19 Double Wall Al, 36H Tires Kenda Kontender, 700 X 28Presta

I'd choose A. At least I recognize the source for most of the components. Shimano 2200 hubs are one of their lower line components but even Shimano's cheap hubs are well made. SRAM cassettes (not freewheel) are also pretty good items.

I have no idea what the quality "Formula" hubs or cassettes is or where they are made.

Formula track hubs have a very decent reputation on the forums here. Cassettes - no idea.
