Hey there,

I know that a bunch of you guys are using Bike Pro Log to track your cycling distances so I am wondering if one of you can help me.

I cannot log into my account. Thinking that i was using the wrong password I requested my username and password from the automated link, I was sent an email with my user and pass, and I AM using the right login info, but still no go.

I haven't used my account for about 3-4 months during the off season, perhaps it has become inactive?

I have sent 2 emails to these guys over the past 2 weeks describing the problem but I am not getting a response.

Anyone have suggestions? Happen to anyone else out there?

Bikeprolog had some downtime recently. However, it was back up approximately 24 hours prior to posting this. That was the last time I checked.

I did.....like I said, no response.

I am able to log into it at work now. It says on the home page they had trouble due to the large number of new accounts.

I just registered yesterday and was able to get on okay. Although I wanted to download the journal and wasn't able to do that. I'm looking for a log I can just keep on my hard drive and not have to go on the internet to use it.

Aint no thang.....

Still logging on at work, thankfully. They are working on the problem.

I should send some money to these guys to help....

As of today Bike Pro Log appears to be down. I hope it's not permanent as all my stats are there. I should have downloaded the spreadsheets!!!

Anybody got any info on this??????

I like this one: Crosstrak (http://www.crosstrak.com/)

It is software you install on your hard drive and it tracks several sports, including cycling, running, swimming, weighlifting and whatever else you want to add. There's also a pay version available with more features, but the free one suits me just fine. I think the pay version allows heart rate monitor downloads.
