I'm sorry to post yet another fork thread, but I am curious what people think.

My stumpy came with a Float RL and I have to say, I think its love. I've always been something of a die-hard Marzocchi fan, but I'm just enjoying the hell out of this fork. I've heard some nightmarish stories regarding their support, but I haven't needed it yet.

Can anyone share their nightmare with their support? Or lack thereof? How do you like the shocks, provided you've ridden one of course.

i have a '02 FSR Comp and i love the fox RL...

i haven't had any problems with the fork (4500km and 70,000 meters vertical), but i had some trouble with the Fox rear shock. because of some weird stuff with my LBS and whatever i had to pay for it myself (the rear shock got dented by the seatpost) but Fox repaired the shock quickly and all... it just cost me $150 or whatever which sucked but it wasn't Fox's fault.

i guess after riding it for a year now i'm getting used to it so i'm not so in awe - but i know the feeling as i was that way last spring.

One of the guys at our shop has a one-year-old fork with bushings that are toast. He called Fox a month ago, never talked to anyone, had to leave a message, and we've yet to hear back from them. Aside from that, their turnaround time has been quite slow on several occasions in the past.
