I need to adjust my seat height (I adjusted my cleat position on the shoes). My seat post is frozen in position. It's been about 2 years since I've touched it. Lots of grime and corrosion. Steel seat tube.

Any suggestions for unfreezing it?

thanks.

Do a search for "stuck seat post" and dozens of threads will show up repeating essentially the same advice.
