I'd love to, but i have a ton of school work to do before finals week which is right after the 4th :( This weekend I'm kayaking the San Juan river so that'll be my last big excursion before school gets out. Shoot, well have a good time, i know you will.

The absolute BEST place to stay in Moab:
The Westwood Guesthouse
http://www.moab-utah.com/westwood/guesthouse.html
- Smack dab in the middle of town...right around the corner from Eddie Mcstiff's and Zacks All You Can Eat Pizza.
- Hot Tub
- A nice backyard, hose for cleaning the bike and THEY PROVIDE TOWELS for cleaning/drying your bike!
- Breakfast is included, they stock the fridge with eggs, milk, juice, bagels, pancake mix, etc. (you cook your own breakfast)
- You can store your bikes in the room or on the deck without any complaints from the management.
- The BEST PART? If you put 4 people per room...the rooms are huge, these used to be apartments, the rate is $21.50 per person/per night!
The absolute BEST shuttle service in Moab:
The Coyote Shuttle
http://www.mybikesite.com/utah/shops/49.htm
Ask for Jesse and make sure he bring Nick along for the shuttle ride.
Groups get a discount rate.

Moab was awesome! It was crazy windy on Saturday - and out of THIRTEEN of us on the trip only three of us sick-o's ventured out on the trail...and we're pretty glad we did...'cause we ran into our local Home Town hero up on Amassa Back...

Nice. Yeah, wind is the problem coming out this way (the desert southwest, that is) this time of year. Glad you braved it, though. She looks a lot more hard core than you guys do, though. I wonder why...
Good story, though. I hear Tomac rides up around Cortez, CO, maybe has a place there. I'd like to run into him sometime.
Glad you had fun and didn't have any issues.

"Hard Core" is all in the eye of the beholder!
She's aerobically fit to the Nth degree, but I doubt she was up to hucking the ledges with the body armor and full face helmets with us...

Like I say, she LOOKS more hard core. There in her spandexed glory and you in the body armor.
Just giving you crap. Although, you should have tried to get her to do some of that stuff. Those cross country riders are actually pretty good bike handlers, sometimes. And I doubt she's heavy enough to break a bike!
