OK, its harder than it sounds. I'm looking for a track frame along the lines of a Euro Asia brassknuckle, or something like a cannondale Capo or Duratec T8 (I dig fat alloy). The hard part is, where do I look in Australia? Customs will love me if I try and bring a frame in and there is a small market over here. It has to be new, and I have a budget of around $400USD (slightly flexible, depends on what I find)

Are you really attached to aluminum, because this guy has some really sweet vintage steel track frames that are within or pretty close to your budget. http://www.fyxomatosis.com/viewpage.php?page_id=8
edit: Or do what queerpunk said.

there is a fixed gear message board in aus - fixed.org.au
it's not really that active, but you could try asking around there.

also try the regional discussions here.

....and you should ask Andy (http://www.fyxomatosis.com) what he's hiding cause he doesn't list everything.

Only steel.

I think he has an aluminium Daccordi in a 58cm which is pimpin. He'll deny it though.
