I actually like a "Red Eye" - That is, a good dark roast coffee, with a few shots of espresso in it. It should probably be made illegal, but I'm glad it hasn't been.

I quit for like 6 months...now I have to get up at 4ish AM every day, so I'm back off the wagon with a vengance.

The curve is truth :D To mitigate the pain though, I try to stop drinking coffee before noon, maybe have one caffinated drinky after lunch, and ride after work. That way I can actually go to sleep at night.

Oh yeah, water intake is a must. Some days I won't think about it (especially now that the weather is cool) and I won't have ANY water all day, and just house a pot of coffee. I tend to feel like a bag of hammered arse when I do that.

I drink too much water every day to have that experience. My middle name is "Camel."

I find that drinking plenty of water, by the way, helps keep joint stiffness/aches/pains away.

What total rookies....they only show the first curve. I've discovered at least two more curves beyond the first. On the top of the second curve, you are in outer space.....on the third curve...I can't tell you (it's a secret). But trust me....there's more curves than one. ;)
