What types of bike brakes are best? I'm getting a new bike, but I have to leave in 10 minutes, please give you'r opinion fast!

depends on what kind of bike and what kind of riding you do

though hydralic disc brakes may work best, they would be too heavy and not make sense on a triathalon bike.

you will probably want linear pull/vbrakes, they are reliable, and brake well.
