So, I picked up an Azuki Century off eBay a few months ago for $40. Had everything removed, cleaned her up, put new tires on here and rewrapped the bars for a nice smooth single-speed to ride around town (kept the original hub/freewheel).

Well, that was fun an all, but now I'm thinking of just restoring her to her natural glory with nicer parts. Plus, I'm gettin' too old for this single-speed riding; an upshift/downshift or two would be nice sometimes.

Any thoughts on where to find nice parts or what kinda of parts to get? Or a good shop in NYC to help bring her back to live? Maybe a little more info on this style of bike too.

I got lots of questions as I'm new to the forum and cycling in general.

Cheers.
