Hi, I just purchased a Giant Cyclotron Mag Trainer. It states that it's supposed to be quiet, but when I ride it, it's quite loud. Please help!

I wonder if it's supposed to be quiet in the abstract or quieter than Wind Trainers, which are terrifically noisy? Can you hear a TV or radio over your trainer without turning the volume all the way up?

Define quiet, define loud. Mag trainers are pretty loud in general compared to fluid ones. Might be marketing BS. Just crank up the music and you'll be fine.
