I haven't had any luck yet, and about the only way to reproduce this decal is to find the photo and make a new halftone.

That photo was taken in 1967 at Heerlen,Netherlands.Eddy was 22 years old and just became the youngest ever world road champion.I have a magazine photo that shows the same photos only a different angle ,most likely a series of photos all taken by the same guy.The fuzzy stuff by Eddys ear is the reef he's holding and the white bar is part of the poles of the roof over the stands.Try Photos Offside/L'Equipe
