Bicycle Mechanics - mystery punctures

I'm looking for any suggestions for my mystery problem ...
Over 6 months I rode my new bike and hand no problems with my tires. Once I got a flat, replaced tires and everything seemed fine as long as I rode a bicycle. All of a sudden I found flats:
1. when I hang my bike overnight
2. lately, even when I stop riding the air goes ...
obviously, I replace the tube and ride, but catch flats when I stop - replace tube on the road and ride fast without stopping ... you know what I mean.
When I checked my tubes I get punctures mostly closer to rim than outside. So I have already installed Velo inside wheel tape and check if I get the punctures ... no help - still flats. I have marked the spot but it doesn't happen in the same place. I checked inside the rim, inside the tire and found no debris.
Any suggestions how to fix the annoying problem?

What is the recommended air pressure marked on your tires and what are you pumping them up to? It could be that you are getting pinch flats by not pumping them up enough. Or the tube may be binding or getting pinched between the rim and the bead of the tire?

Have you tried a different tire?

Good advice here. High pressure road tires need to be pumped up before each ride, or once per day. Depending on the load on the bike a good estimate is 90 - 100% or the maximum pressure recommended on the tire, check the sidewall for that pressure.

Air pressure is certainly not an issue, because I pump the recommended pressure and always check psi right before I leave.
Now, pinching a tire between the rim and tire beads could be a problem, but while I use the same technique installing tires on both wheels and have the problem on the one wheel only, the likelihood is rather not very high.
Perhaps using an alternative technique in installing tires could help? Any help there?

If I pinched the tube while installing it, would I loose the air pressure immediately?
