I'm doing the Macallans tonight, although I came close to splurging for the Balvenie DW (my favorite). Heh, my family is responsible for Harris tweed, which I normally hate to admit because I usually end up immediately apoligizing for it. :) There's an island off the coast of Scotland called Harris island. Supposedly that's where we come from. ;)

Vega - Jack is good for a general bourbon, but if you're going to do it right it's Maker's Mark all the way. ;)
