yes I do. I'm on occaisionally (if you can't guess the name, I shall imagine I am firing a very large rubber band at you), but stay on invisible since I keep having strange people try to hook up with me.

I'd rather not go into it, but some have been pretty screwed up....I ende dup changing my profile pic in hopes that it keeps the weird "aspiring bang buddies" (sorry, I'm sleazy, but I'm not easy....) from messaging me. I doubt that will happen, but hey....I can dream.

I definately do and spend a couple hours a day on it. I like it much better than long distance phone calls, especially when using webcams and mics.

I use Trillian. That's why my MSN, AOL, and YAHOO are always online at the same time in one window. I do have the option for ICQ and IRC but i forgot my ICQ number and never had IRC.

Adium is like Trillian (except more feature packed and 100% free without nag-ware) for OS X.

My yahoo name is easy to guess, so's my MSN one. The rest, I don't make public. I'm rarely on chat anyways.

I'm most often on MSN mainly because we use it for communication at work. I've slowly stopped using all the others. name info in profile.

(Just don't use it to report spam or such please. ;))

Using meebo I can and do talk to people on yahoo, msn, and gtalk all at once.

I have it, but almost never use it. Had a nasty incident a few summers ago where some guy kept IMing me on yahoo saying he was a friend of mine and trying to make me guess who he was. I am pretty sure he had me confused with another woman with my name who also lived in Texas (google is your friend, buddy), and he got more and more irate when I couldn't figure out who the hell he was. Eventually I told him off and didn't sign into Yahoo Messenger again for years. Now I use Trillian, so I guess I'm using it again, but I've only gotten one message on it in the last six months (this time from a real friend, thankfully).

been a decade or so. Along with aim, I basically stopped using it because most of the people I know use msn. I do use gaim to keep me online but people I know rarely chat on it. That or they forgot their names and went through 3 or 4 of them before I caught up with them again.
