Recently bought a nice kirin track frame with suntour dropouts & have record wheels, any advice on machining down the bolts/ opening up the dropouts?

just file down the dropouts i had to do the same thing

tons of ways to open up the dropouts... file em down... angle grinder... porta-band... just make certain you clean the edges no matter what you do...
