Great, great news. OGC will be taking over Canadian distribution and servicing for Fox products. Presently there are two smallish operation that cover eastern and western Canada (Velo Cycle and Cycle Works). I know plenty of local people who have abandoned using the eastern service center (Velo Cycle) even though they are in the same city. Many would ship to the western service center or to Push (like me). It was quicker and less painful to ship it thousands of kilometers away than to go to the local guys.

Hopefully with OGC taking over, the Canadian Fox situation will greatly improve.

I cannot comment on Cycle Works but for many of us in QC, Velo Cycle was the Wicked Witch of the East.

OGC is fairly slow, but does have good service. I wonder how this will go over.

My fork and shock are both Fox and I honestly don't see myself using anyone but Push mainly because I've been spoiled by their service. If I ever needed any work done to either of these products, I will likely continue to use Push. Still, I'm sure a lot of the guys in my club will start using OGC as a lot of them are buddies with the guys there so it should make life easier. I'll watch to see how everything unfolds.
