I’m looking for a roomie for Feb 1st. My roomate is moving out. She wants something cheaper. Much, much preferred a female. Hardwood floors, sm room with sunroom attached, in a beautiful 2bd apt with a girlie touch. Share electric, internet service. Rent is $625. Bicycles rack. 4 family building. Nice neighbors. Top floor. G train Bedford / Nostrand stop. Greene & Tompkins in Bed-stuy. Long term is preferred. Co-signing a lease is optional.
I have a picture. So hit me up.
Also, she has a bed that she would like to sell that fits perfect in the sunroom. Nicely custom built I will add.
