Training & Nutrition - Interval Music

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
because i hate watching the clock during intervals i decided to make my own interval music......using some simple music editing software i've taken a few songs that tend to get me into 'fast' mode and 'relax' mode.....edited them so that the fast lasts the length of the sprint part and then the Relaxing bit comes on, turned it into an mp3, uploaded to my iPod and away i went......my first 'recording' worked great during my last interval workout, it made the transitions alot smoother and i could concentrate purely on the workout. for those who like music with their workouts you may want to give it a try!
