I suppose you are refering to a new version but I have a 1986 Allez SE that is a wonderful ride. I fairly recently rebuilt it with contemporary componants and prefer it to my newer rides. Perhaps the fact that it has thousands of miles on it speaks for the longevity of Specialized steel products.
