Foo - Happy New Year to the East Coast Fooers

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Well, the 100th anniversary of the 30/06 is gone. I bet it will be alive and well for the 200th anniversary.

Remember 2000 and all the gloom and doom predictions? My father-in-law was visiting relatives for New Years 2000. About a minute before midnight he snuck out the the breaker box for the house. At the stroke of midnight he cut power to the house. He said you could hear a pin drop!

Man, Dick Clark rocks. He has worked hard to overcome his stroke, and I'm just amazed to see him back at work, especially after last year, where it was a real struggle for him to speak. As long as he's around on NY's Eve, all is right with the world.

Hey, flyingscotsman! Hear that pounding rain coming down all of a sudden?
