Yep, I can click on this link but I can't open any of the treads. I was hoping to see who was going to post their drunk ramblings this morning! :D

Hmmm... 17, drunk, bragging about it?
Maybe the 21 year old drinking age isn't such a bad thing after all....

Agreed!
That's why I quit years ago... even though I didn't drink that much in the first place.

We missed a great opportunity to start a thread last night titled:
"Are you drunk? Tell us what you really think!"

It's not too late...but I would imagine that the people who would have posted on that thread would have undergone a, er, cooling off period? Nothing like the Mel Gibson type rant to get people worked up, and needlessly so.
Oh, that's what the downed server was all about!

I went to bed at 10:00. Not sure if I should add a :) or a :(. :D
How about just a  ?
Yeah, that works too :)
Dang! Past my bedtime again...
Ughh, first hangover in three or four years. Now I remember why drinking in moderation is such a good thing. :o

I don't need to be drunk to tell people what I really think.

He's in canada. His profile lists him as 18. ???
3 of the 12 provinces in canada have a legal drinking age of 18.
???
Wish I saw this - a friend brought over a bottle of Lagavulin 16 years and Caol Ila 12. I got to introduce a very attractive girl to the finer points of scotch.
By the end of the night (and 60 people stopping by and dancing in my 400 square foot apt!) I was pretty toasty. OK - so the end of the night was a few minutes ago so I should probably say by the time the sun came up :)
Good morning sleepyhead. :D

Well crap. I could swear I saw where he said he was 17 in a recent thread. My bad and my apologies - if he lives in one of the provences with the 18 year old drinking age.
Note: it's not so much the drinking I was commenting on, but what I thought was the blatant stupidity of publicly bragging about it when against the law.

I drank one shot glass of champagne and I nearly passed out. Lay on the couch for 20 minutes and then crawled over to my presents and opened them. I GOTTED AN IPOD!!!!!!!

I drank a bit. I think some alcohol is good for you - particularly red wine. :) Everything in moderation.
I never ask for sympathy when I'm hungover, and I never call in sick from it. If its self inflicted its my own fault and I do let it stop from doing anything I'm supposed to do.

Only water and hot tea last night. Alcohol would only have made a bad night worse. Used to enjoy a glass of Champagne (yes -- Veuve Clicquot) or Mandarin Napoléon, as a prelude to a more enjoyable activity than drinking.

When I'm sober, I can only play Guitar Hero marginally better then drunk, on a song last night I got 94%, today when I was sober it was 96%
