Anyone have that problem?

I have a fairly new (but cant return, no reciept) specialized armadillo all season tire 25mm, and an ambrosio evolution rim.

The combo just wont work. When blowing up the tire, once i get to about 80 psi, i'll notice some section of tire pulling out of the bead. After a few attempts to make sure its completely 'in' all the way around, on both sides, I can get it blown up to 110 psi. Check it, look at it, bounce it on the ground, all is good. Next morning the tire is no longer on the rim.....

Bad tire ? Scrap it and buy another?

I'd mark the tire where it is coming off the rim and see if it is the same point everytime. Also, what rims are you using? Specifically, are they hooked, and what width are they? What is the tire size? Are you 100% sure you are not catching some of the tube under the bead of the tire? Its not unusual with "armored" tires as they are quite stiff and a bit more difficult to install.

Check Sheldon Brown's tyre dimensions list to ensure the tyre and wheel specs (ISO/ERTO) agree (ambrosios have something on them -- a sticker or plate -- that identifies the internal rim diameter?).

fill it to about 10 psi then go around with your fingers and massage the tire to see if any tube is stuck under the tire edge
