are you going to use the specialized butt-o-meter for a new saddle? ;)

I'm not sure why you need Agoura, but Surf City Cycles, out Brandy's way has lots of Specialized bikes and stuff. I believe they are considered a Specialized Concept store. Whatever that means!

Just a wild guess, butt I'd figure yours to be much nicer :D

They do have something similar. It's to check which shoe insert works for you.
Made a big diff in my shoe fit. However the foot o' meter inserts are $45.

Sorry to jack the thread.... $45 is nothing if it fixes my issue...

Westlake Cyclery is a pretty good store. It's decent size with a staff that seems to know what they are talking about. When I was in there recently, they had a signed Lance bike hanging from the ceiling priced out at 10K.
Anyhow I would point to them.

Cynergy Cycles in Santa Monica specializes in Specialized. They're a little pricier than some other area shops, but I really like their service department and I've had really good experiences shopping there. I also had a fitting there which really worked for me.

Westlake Cycles is in Ventura County...lower taxes. That's why all of the car dealers are there, just across the border from L.A. County in Westlake.

But with vehicle sales you pay tax in the county that you register the vehicle in :(

I checked out Cycle World when I was shopping for my Roubaix in '04. At the time they seemed to have a pretty decent selection of Specialized road and mountain bikes. If I recall correctly, the salesman that helped was a bit on the pushy side. I ended up making my purchase at Burbank Bike Shop on Victory Blvd.

+1 for Westlake Cyclery http://westlakecyclery.com/index.cfm They've been there for a while and are very friendly and helpful. I used to refill my water bottles at their place on longer rides.

True. My uncle crosses from WA into OR to buy things all the time, but he said it doesn't matter with cars because you pay based on where you live.
