Hi all, I'm a 41 year old guy who is going to try to get back into cycling to lose weight and hopefully not have a heart attack doing it!!:)

Welcome to BikeForums. Start off slow, know your limits, and slowly expand and push them and you'll do fine. As far as forgetting how to ride the bike, as far as I know the saying is true and you never forget. I started riding again after the better part of about 10 years off. I was a little uneasy on the bike for a little while but settled into the feel shortly. :)
