Hey, thanks for making me feel welcome. I've been browsing here for a few months now, looking for answers to tons of questions. I recently returned to biking, about six months ago, after a shameful hiatus of many, many years.
I'm in Madison, and yes I've been through Rhinelander, although I don't get up to those parts for any length of time. I plan to change that and maybe vacation up north sometime soon. The weather here is perfect for biking (highs in the upper 40s), even though it should be pretty cold by now. I've only had to deal with two snowstorms so far, but other than that the roads have been dry, so my dreams of icebiking have so far been thwarted.
