Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The last 3 days I have really been sailing along on my BMX cruiser. At least until I change direction to ride home into the wind. It's kinda hard pushing into a steady 30 mph wind. Like ya got a flat tire or something... So my rides are only about 8 miles.:) It sure is fun to ride in January in Northern Illinois. I think I am hooked on single speed. It's raw. Facing the elements head on alone kinda thing.
Hmmm. Wonder where I'd end up if I only rode with the wind. Nah, probably just a big circle.

But what a circle! All the way around the world.
You might want to use one of these (http://www.pedal-paddle.com/)for the wet parts.
