This bike shop (http://www.jvbike.com/) in Vancouver BC is selling Strida3s and claims that the Strida5 will be available soon. Vancouver seems to be a hotbed of Strida related activity lately.

My best guess is that we'll be seeing Strida5s officially sold in North America, come March.

singapore strida is giving away free stuff for buying multiple stridas until February 28 (http://www.stridasingapore.com/strida%20-%20promotions.html).

Between this and the glut of Stridas on ebay it seems like Strida is trying to clear stock. Could the Strida 3 be discontinued and replaced by the Strida 5 beginning March 1?

Actually, I talked with Strida distributor. Strida will have two lines, Strida 3 and Strida 5.
