Hey all, howdy.. yes.
I was curious if anyone had thoughts concerning any particular types of tires that would be suitable for "mixed-terrain." I pose this question for some friends of mine, as I use generally just use somewhat-slicks and take my chances if I should go on some packed trails, not that its that hard or anything. But, anyway they like to do some offroad (nothing extreme or hardcore) and they will be riding on roads as well... Any suggestions or thoughts or experience? I think they were thinking of full-on knobby tires, which, well.. on roads just suck, imo. Thanks.
