Wrong site... and that frame has been out for a while. I actually consider getting it. It looks pretty good, except for the stupid graphics with the van.

Yeah, I saw these a while ago. I would only consider these cranks if they were much cheaper than Flys or Wombolts.

I kind of like the graphics, that's a pretty cool color too.

ugly as hell. and how much do they compare to wombolts/flys w/ out a bb?

I really want to say something good about these, but I can't, because I've seen something that tells me completely otherwise.

Vague? Yes. Giving away what I saw and the source of what I saw? No. I'm no traitor.

thats ok, im sure they already suck

CMcMahon

No, they're probably fine. The ones I saw were prototypes, and the footage was probably five or six months old when I saw it last month.

If Standard wasn't so shady, and if their frames didn't cost $100 more than they should, and if OX Platinum tubing didn't blow goat balls, I might want one.

That being said, I would kill a man for an OG Trailboss.

That said, how come I have never in 10yrs had any hassel from Standard? They replace my stuff as advertised and the OX tubeing is reality not BS.

All that aside, I would love to have my former STA or TRLS250. But, my current 250 is still running fine after 6months of daily abuse.

Well, they do lie about protecting your ankles thats for sure. Take a look at the spindle area. That sticks out as bad as any crank I have seen...not less as claimed.

Yea, I know it's been out awhile. But, Rob-O just emailed some stuff to me earlier so i posted it. And the site link was suppose to be to the FIT frame section...oops.

1) Then explain why it took them six months to replace my friend's 250, which had a crack in it when he bought it, even after he called them twice a week to see when the hell they were going to ship the frame out.

2) Considering the price, and the fact that I saw a guy crease his Bullitt the first day he got it... I disagree.

Well, I combined your 3 threads into one big mess. That should teach me. Perhaps in the future you could just make one thread and discuss all the new crap coming out. It will go something like this:

Matrix - here's a link to something I found on the web.

Beerman - meh.

Repeat as necessary.

Yeah, way to combine three threads into one and make super confusing. And way to leave me out. :(

FitRider - "Who asked you to post about new parts? All new parts and new members suck, and by the way I'm crippled and can't ride bikes, and wear women's clothing."
All of that is totally untrue... except for the part of being crippled and unable to ride.

I noticed. I'm going to bed. It's 1:36 and I just finished watching Jackass 2. Still a great movie the second time around. :)

From now on, I just won't post like 3 new parts at one time. But I will title it 'New Gear from ?"

That way it won't get all jumbled.

Anyone interested in the new Twenty stuff? I got alot of info on their parts.
