Giordana frames was build with this tubesets.
Faliero Masi in the last years that was at the workshop uses excell tubing and the volumetrica was developed by Masi and Mr. Isidoro Rezze, the owner of Excell.
the tubes was build in a old factory near paris, the name was Gauthier Troussel."
