I am thinking of doing this ride tomorrow (slighty modified with a Thousand Oaks start / finish) on my own since we are supposed to have nice weather.
To those that have done this ride, do you have any elevation gain data ?
Thanks !

I don't have data, but the full century only has ~4k feet, I think. There is Santa Susana pass (twice), and Grimes and some rollers on South Mountain and Tierra Rejada on the way back. Not a big climb ride.
Thanks John... Sounds like a relatively easy ~100 for a lazy Sunday.
Ride report tomorrow evening :)
Anyone want to join ?

Easy? Uh-huh. You'd smoke me if I joined although it is sooo tempting. But since I rode 100 today, you wouldn't want my somewhat tired legs slowing you down. :D
With all the wind today I took the day off. I still want to do this ride and will re-sched it for sometime later this month.

What wind? It was dead calm in L.A. today...:p (well, at least on this side of the hill):D

LOL.. I saw a cow flying though the air on my side of the hill :)

It calm in Burbank...but I went out on an SFVBC ride this morning and it was nasty in Northridge...
The wierdest was going down Winnetka with a tailwind..I was doing about 21mph and the wind was blowing the leaves faster than I was riding!!
Going back to CSUN was really hard...I lead a paceline up White Oak...it was brutal...
Going to give this ride another try this Sunday. Weather is looking ok !
