Hi all. Many familliar faces here from other forums. I needed another place to spend hours a day while not riding. I am a fitness/light racing/century rider. All my racing is in endurance MTB races, but I am usually only racing myself, as I do it for personal bests instead of competing with others. More than happy to give way on a trail for someone who is racing for that next place up and a free tshirt.

I have been riding since 1984, when I was racing as a junior in Nor Cal. The older I get, the more I like watching the scenery as it goes by, so road racing isn't really in my bill these days. Luckily centuries seem to have nice scenery so that is what I usually ride. Lots of time to visit new places and meet new people doing them too. Anyways...hi to all of my old friends here, and look forward to meeting more new folks.

Ah, the joys of getting wiser. Note that I didn't say the joys of getting older :) .

At any rate, it's good to have you join us.

Welcome to BF!

Little late now, sorry I missed your intro thread, Spooky.

Glad to see you over here, though it now looks like you are already gone....no posts since Janurary. :(

Oh well....I still see you in the Snake pit. :)
