I received a copy of the DVD documentary "Hell on Wheels" as a present. It's a good documentary on the Tour de France featuring Eric Zabel, Rof Alday, Alexandre Vinokourov and others. It came out in 2004.

Since I already have a copy of this DVD, I will send the new DVD to the person (over 50 forum member only) who comes closest to guessing how many miles I biked yesterday (free US shipping only). I will announce the winner Tuesday evening after 7pm EST. Start guessing...

Good luck!

Let's see now ...

It was 72 in Ellicott City, Maryland yesterday with 0.1" of rain.

Sunset was at 4:59 pm.

It was the 100th anniversary of the founding of Montessori schools.

Lou Holtz turned 70.

So multiple by 3.14159, carry the 2, and divide by the hypotenuse.

I get 1,718,434 miles.

Bacco, I used to live in Ellicott City, had some great rides down into the old town and then back and forth up the hills and down back into the valley, Oella, New Cut, Iichester, etc. , now I'm out in the flats of Central Ohio, have to go towards Cleveland to get those types of hills.

I'll guess in at 42.7 miles

I'll resist betting...surely some of the widows and orphans who post here could better use a freebie.

Seriously, I was considering buying this dvd....anyone want to offer a review or rating? Thanks.
