Triathlon - tax refunds

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm getting a cervelo p2 sl....the rest can be stored for the new house....
How about you
Was going into a new MTB, unfortunately had to put it into the house loan to help cover the extra cost for the house extension we are currently in the middle of building :(
But I did pick up a new frameset, front wheel and aero helmet during the year so can't complain too much... :)

Cyclocross bike and/or computer. My current roadbike is more than adequate for triathlons at the moment. :D Though i might get some aerobars and a forward seatpost and try them out for a "poor mans" tri-bike. :)

Cranky old person answer: I set up withholding so I don't get a refund - Uncle Sam shouldn't be holding onto that much money without interest!
engagement ring . . . . . she doesn't think zipp 404's will make the pair of us happy.

I agree...but I'm actually refiling my 05 and 04 taxes to get a $4000 life time learning credit from law school tuition.

Not only do you have to be able to afford stuff now, but you have to sell the purchase to the wife. Trust me, she's already got every dime you make allocated :p
Thanks guys =] I had to make a hard sell to be able to purchase my current bike (p2-sl). Maybe some zipps will show up as a wedding gift?? Probably not?

Probably a Trek 1500.
I want to road ride a lot, try this tri thing, and am not yet ready for the all out, bull horn, bar end shifter, saddle forward setup.

My fiance wanted (and got) an '06 Orbea Ordu instead of a ring. I was even able to score one with the same Limited Edition paint job as Hunter Kemper's. I love that woman.
