Hello All!

I am experiencing a strong shuddering in my front wheel when I brake hard and I am guessing it is my brakes. I ride cross and have Radius Cantilevers with v-brake pads on an old, but true Mavic open pro rim. My question is how do I angle the brake pads inorder to eliminate this infernal shuddering? Thanks.

Are you positive it is the brakes? If you are off the bike and pull the brakes and try to move the front wheel does the fork move? If so could be a loose headset...

Check out sheldon's page for adjusting you're brakes.
