Those are really nice. I had the plan to make something like that a while back, after seeing someone make a solid tensioner with a lip that went to the back of the dropout.

I wonder what size the increments are in between the different sizes.

Maybe...maybe not. I know I run my wheel 1/16th from slammed. I have a chain tensioner cut to fit the gap. But, if you measure, you should get pretty close to your setup easily.

chain tennsioners are easier and allow for more easier adjustment, its not really such a great idea that no ones ever come up with it before. theres probably a reason no one makes those

That'd be cool for bikes with discs, to make sure you always put the wheel back in the exact same place. It'd look a lot cleaner than a tensioner.

I tried to get my friend Paul to make these for me (minus the washers - just the "crescent" pieces) years ago. Oh well....
