Hiya,
I'm looking for a used bike strictly for trainer use. My old Peugeut 10 speed is getting a bit long in the tooth for this use; parts are hard to find, etc.
I've tried Craig's List and garage sales. Figured I would also take a shot here. So, does anyone have or know of a bike I can pick up cheap? Something with indexed shifters would be nice. It doesn't matter if it's barely road worthy as long as I can make it work indoors. I can always replace cables, tires, don't care about brakes or bar tape. Size will have to be 54 or less so my wife and I can trade off on it. If I had the bucks, I'd buy a Trek 1000 or Giant OCR3.
