Here is a pic or 2. They offer 3 hardtails: the Yavapai, the Pumori and the Denali. Also they have 2 duals: the Talkeetna and the Kichatna.
I'm not sure about swapping out the brakes (avids for hayes). This is Galyans, not a traditional LBS. I'm sure they would install new brakes, but would they give me credit for the brakes that came stock on the bike? Not so sure.
