I have an Arai drum brake (9.5mm axle model). Can I use this on a Shimano tandem hub? If not, than what hubs, other than Phil Wood), can I used with this drum brake?
Thanks in advance!!!

Just bore it out to 10mm and you'll be fine.
Thanks for that advice, but I'd rather not drill this drum brake. I have a set of tandem wheels with Phil Wood hubs that I would occasionally be using. I wanted to be able to swap out the drum brake between wheelsets as needed, since my Phil Woods are 36 hole, and I wanted a beefier set of 48 hole hubs for loaded touring rides. I just don't want to spend the money on another set of Phil Woods, nor did I want another drum brake.
So are there any other tandem hubs that take a 9.5mm axle Arai drum?
It will be far cheaper to get another drum body at 10mm than to get another tandem hub!

+1 You can buy individual parts at Tandems East.
You can also get the parts from Gear-To-Go Tandems:)
