Found it in our shed tonight, did a little bit of work to it and it rides like a dream. All I need is a comfy seat and a studded tire for the front and i'm set. Seriously, this is one of the most comfortable bikes i've ridden, it may be a pile of junk but it fits and works well, i'm even building a fixed wheel for it, just to see how it will handle.

Go ahead, laugh at the junkiness, I dont care I think it rules.
If its fun to ride, go for it. Another working bike never hurts, especially in cold weather.

I'm planning on spending a little bit on it, but I want to keep it cheap and simple. Tommorow i'm going to make a cog to bolt onto a disc ready front hub and run that in the back in metal work. Then it's off to the shop for (hopefully) a new seat. I just want a old style spring seat, I dont care about the condition as long as it's comfy :p. Then depending on how it all works out it's getting a rear rack and fenders if I can find them on the cheap. Oh, and it needs leather grips.
I took it for a ride tonight that was about 2.5 hours long, the seat is bad and the front wheel slides on ice really bad (Fell and slid a few times :p). I cant beleive how well the front shifter works where I put it (If you look closely, you can see it on the stem, I needed room for the bell).
one more thing, that dork disc wouldnt come off, I ended up using the poor mans torch to get it off. A can of white lithium grease and a zippo :D.
