Go the the advanced posting page - click on the "Manage Attachments" - Browse to the file you want to upload - click the "upload" button. Then close the window.
Be well aware that the max file size is 100k. BMPs EASILY exceed this limit. It is a good idea to resave the image to a JPG file which compresses the image to a smaller file size.
