Here is my new Bike!
I only had a budget of $1200 and my focus was getting the very most value and performance for my money.
It is a 2002 Raleigh R700
7005 Butted Aluminum Frame
Carbon Fiber Fork
Full Shimano Ultegra Double
ITM Mantis Bars and Stem
Easton EC70 Carbon Fiber Seatpost
Selle Italia ProLink Tri-Gel Saddle
Shimano WH-R535 Wheelset
Michelin Axial Pro 700 x 23c Tires
Cateye OS 1.1 Computer
Zipp Carbon Fiber Spacers
Total Weight is around 18 lbs.
I've only had one 50 mile ride on it and I am pleased beyond words. Looking forward to many many more.
It rides like a dream. Very Quick and Responsive!
Best Regards,
Logan

Supergo has some nice wheelsets marked down right now.
SipperPhoto-
It'd be the R540 now, though they are the same as the R535. No R740, you would step up to the 7700 or 7701 wheelsets. R535/540 wheelsets are more compliant than say a Ksyrium, but are a bit heavy and a pain to true (sometimes you need to remove the cassette), though they stay pretty much spot on for most of our customers.

I just put the R540's on my Giant bicycle and have put about 250 miles on them. They are GREAT! They are 140 grams lighter than the R535's and look awesome!
