All,

Just recieved the following in my email today, thought some might be interested-

"CENTURY RIDE, TIPS AND TRAINING
Dr. Baker, who coaches the coaches for the National Team in Training Program will lay out a training program and riding plan for beginners (1st Century, goal is to finish), intermediates (want to improve your time), and experts (want to break 5 hours).

The Trek Superstore will use this plan, Co-ordinate rides, and motivate you, to get you to complete the 1st Annual San Diego Century on May 25th. Even if you don't have a bike, you can do this if you follow the plan. NO charge. You can sign up the night of Dr. bakers clinic or click here to sign up now for our no charge training program ".

The website to register - http://treksandiego.com/page.cfm?pageId=153&preview=yes.

San Diego Century Bicycle Tour (Elfin forest, Del Dios, Lake Hodges, Poway, Ramona) is on May 19th.

I'm not affiliated with Trek (acutally work for a spa company) just thought for those peeps looking to do a century the first time, it might be a good opportunity to get a training plan.
