Hello all!!!
New to the forum and found my home here.
I used to ride a ton, but the last few years things got busy and something had to go. Now I have more time and am getting back into riding again.
I am really glad to find a place I fit in in this hobby dominated by 5Ft 100lb people. THANKS!!!!!

Welcome from damp, chilly Indiana (Where the climate feels more like Scotland in the winter right now!)!

Gee, mid 80's must be rough. I think we topped out at a balmy 23 today. Actually not bad for what we can have here in mid january.
Good to see we have another family guy fan here!!!

-22 is a fun ride!~ The snow and ice get sticky at that temp and the traction is close to dry concrete. The other thing is that the motoring public definitely sees you because you are a jarring incongruity in their mind!
Dress for the weather (Enough to stay warm, but not so much you sweat) in layers and using wool and synthetics (NO COTTON) and it's a great ride!:D

Here in Northern Maine, the trainer is your best friend. Tonight temps in the minus teens - tomorrow's high is supposed to be about -5. No possibility outside. I envy all of the year round riders. If I'm lucky I might get my first outdoor ride of the year in mid to late April!

Welcome from below the Cheddar Curtain. I ride up in WI all the time (in season anyway).
Welcome! Where in Wisconsin are you at? I'm in the SW corner, moving to Madison in the spring!
