Hello and thanks for your interest in our wheel sets. The hubs, cog and lock ring are made by Joytech and branded Vuelta XRP. The spokes are stainless but I have no idea who made them. They are straight gauge, not butted.
The Vuelta warranty is for 2 years against defects. Typically, stripped parts are not covered by warranties but we'll examine each claim on a case by case basis. Any warranty claims can go thru us or Vuelta. For more info on the warranty visit www.vueltausa.com (http://www.vueltausa.com)
