There is a swap meet tomorrow, Sunday 1/28, at the velodrome in Carson (Cal. State Domiguez Hills campus - near the Home Depot Center). $5 at the door, children under 12 free. Track races are scheduled as well.

I scored some killer deals at this swap meet last time I went - back when they had the old track in 1993? Not track specific.

Opens at 8AM and closes by early afternoon (not sure when).

The Swap Meet isn't actually for two weeks. there was a thread about it -- Swap Meet Jan 28th -- but no one has posted to it since the 5th, so it's gotten buried.

The velodrome is closed for the next week to allow the various national teams to train and prepare for the UCI World Cup next weekend (starting friday, the 19th)

There will be racing all day on the track on the 28th, and the swap meet on the concourse -- on the 28th. but there's nothing tomorrow (the 14th)
