What things do you guys do maintenance wise to keep it in tip top shape?
I normally do chain lube, check tire pressure, check bolts, make sure no rust starts
What are yours?

nothing. seems to be working.
I always kick my wheel to make sure it's on straight before i ride.(if you think i'm kidding i'm not, because my current loaner wheel is mising at least 5 spokes and is terrible bent...) And don't forget to change the air in your tires with the seasons!
I, check bolts, no rust, and if there are signs of rust i fix the problem by replacing the part simply.
I keep stuff tightened and wheels inflated.

Same. I guess I'll have to do a bit more when I ride again though. I haven't touched it in forever. Only looked at it and thought about going on it.
I can't go very long without screwing with something, which is why I cut my seatpost, seattube, brake mounts, bars, headtube and rawed the frame and fork one at a time... Of course I don't really need to, it's just fun and I enjoy riding a little more if I've just put my bike together for some reason. Just check all the bolts every once in a while, and if something breaks, get a new part.

so by raw do you mean ur frame is bare metal? didn't/wouldn't that rust?
Clearcoat is amazing stuff.
Yeah, it rusts, it's a poor man's paintjob... It's just in spots, and I can sand it off. I haven't clearcoated it yet because there's some spots I need to finish sanding the remnants of the paint. I like the way raw frames look, also the stock paintjob was pretty crappy.
It might be bad for the frame long term, but I probably won't keep riding this frame for long enough for it to be a problem.
so you'll eventually clear coat it?
Probably. A hacked up frame from a $400 complete isn't going to be worth much anyway, so it's not a big loss if it rusts...
I do nothing, if something makes a wierd sound though, i tighten it
I'm thinking about chipping the ice off my bikes today.
I normally check if my bike has the tires inflated, and my bolts screwed.
I just rode my cruiser to the store in the snow. 1 farkin degree out! Snow hitting my face felt like BBs.
Lol, how deep of snow...i sort-of wish it snowed here! It's snowed once and it was only a centimeter!
What part of California? We got 10 inches of snow the week before Christmas. Only 3-4 this weekend.
By Sacramento...its like 2 hours away from snow.
We still didn't get any snow yet.
This area usually gets 500-600 inches in the mountains each year. So far, we've only had about 100.
I'm from California. And most recently Australia. But I live in Utah.
Right now we have around 18" in our yard, and it's a toasty -12. Warmer then it's been all week.
Haha! It's only going down to -11 here. Sucka!
IT almost hit -30 here the other DAY
I dont even pay attention to the night.
Have you guys had any ice storms yet this year?
I'm pretty sure Manitoba is known for them, they had a really bad one a while back I think.
Its like 60 degree's here lol
It was mid-20's today, but windy.. I'm ready for it to be April and start warming up.
Nah not really, small bits of freezing rain but nothing hardcore. Eastern Ontario and montreal get ice storms worse then anywhere in Canada

you mean -20 right?...i didnt know it got that cold in New Mexico
Nah, it was like 20 or 30, but felt colder. That's really cold to me, for the middle of the day.
