Hi Folks

I'm looking for companies that make clothes in XL-Tall. I'm 6'4", 220-230lbs, 36/36 pants. XXL works ok for tops for me, but they're a bit baggy. XXL is WAAYYY too baggy for pants, especially on a bike.

LLBean and Land's End both do XL-Tall. Cabela's does XL-Tall in some of their stuff, but I don't really like their styling. Columbia used to, but appears not to anymore.

I'm also interested in companies that do custom clothes. I know about Beyond Fleece, but would like to find someone that works with shell type materials as well as fleece.

I wish someone would listen to the need and market decent sport clothes that fit people over 6 feet and 185 lbs. I think that there are a fair number of big guys out there. I too lived in Columbia, and have a closet full of stuff from Cabela's and LLBean and Lands End, but styling is often off and too short in the body especially for riding. I think the need is there, and I for one would pay a fair amount for sport clothes that fit. Maybe someone wanting a new start up will read this.

Bib shorts are sized for height as much as waist size. I am 6'3" and use Aerotechdesigns stuff as well as Sugoi bibs.

Best I can come up with and I remember a company called Cold Lizard , I'll look for that link, they do custom for a pretty good price (Comparable to mass market!)

I have some custom Col d'Lizard Jerseys and they fit great and at no extra cost either. Great group to work with. All you have to do is give them your sizing info and they typically have it done in a couple of days. I custom ordered a jacket and I had it in my hands in less than 6 days.

I still use Aerotech for the shorts. Great value and great shorts.

Hey, they're in Stowe, VT! I live about 50 miles away, near Lake Champlain.
